This is the boring stuff - the stuff almost no one reads, but still - we have to write it (and technically, you have to read it)!

All orders are only accepted on the basis that you have read (and understood) these T's & C's accepts no responsibilty for any misuse of any products sold, online or in-store.

Age - Purchasing & Use

Airsoft guns are classified as Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIF's) - although many people consider them toys, they are classified as RIF under law. As such, they are governed by age restrictions (as well as some restrictions for use).

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an airsoft device, however there is no age for ownership in Ireland. As such you can buy an airsoft device and gift it to anyone.

If you are under the age of 18, please do not continue with any purchase from recommends adult supervision any time an airsoft device is used by anyone under the age of 18

Airsoft in the Republic of Ireland

Airsoft guns in Ireland can be used on private property (outside of public sight and access), or on dedicated skirmish grounds. Typically you have to be 13+ to play airsoft on site, however there is no age restriction for backyard plinking.

Outside of Ireland

Around the world there are different laws, restrictions, and guidelines for airsoft guns, and their use. You are responsible to make sure that the airsoft device you are looking at complies with your own local laws and restrictions. are not liable in the event of customs siezure.


Airsoft guns/devices should never be carried in a public place unless in transit when it should be unloaded and placed in a carrier type bag. Airsoft guns/devices should never be concealed on ones person. Brandishing a replica firearm in a public place is a criminal offence.

I understand by purchasing any goods from that;

(a) risks and dangers exist in the use of Airsoft equipment and participation in combat simulation/activities involving Airsoft products.

(b) participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment may result in injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability;

(c) these risks and dangers may alleged to be caused by the negligence of owners, employees, officers or agents or user of Hobby Airsoft products; the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes;

(d) the following safety guidelines are recommended for participation in such activities and/or use of such equipment.

  • full face protection, of the type recommended and designed for airsoft/paintball activities shall be worn at all times during combat simulation activities involving Airsoft products or during practice or training involving Airsoft equipment.
  •  long sleeve protective clothing should be worn at all times during combat simulation activities etc or during practice or training involving Hobby Airsoft equipment.
  • use of BB's other than the type recommended by Airsoft is not recommended and use of inappropriate BB or Pellets may result in damage to equipment or injury to the user or other persons.
  • When not in use Airsoft equipment should be unloaded and stored out of the reach of minors.
  • Airsoft equipment should be used by the purchasers of such equipment only.
  • Airsoft equipment shall be purchased by over 18's only.
  • Airsoft equipment shall be used by responsible and competent persons only.
  • Airsoft equipment shall be used by those who have been instructed in its proper/safe use.
  • Airsoft equipment shall only be used for its specified purpose.
  • Airsoft equipment shall not be used against humans, animals or birds.
  • Airsoft equipment shall only be used in safe designated/suitable areas.
  • Airsoft equipment shall be cleaned and maintained by owners in the manner advised by the manufacturers.
  • Airsoft equipment must be concealed from public view during transportation.
  • Airsoft equipment must not be modified in any way.
  • All Airsoft equipment is replica equipment and must be treated and represented as such at all times.
  • By my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the owners, agents, officers, employees of, or by any other person and I hereby indemnify against all actions, claims, demands arising from the use by me or others of Airsoft equipment.
  • By proceeding with my purchase from, I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable solicitors fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to my account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by me or any other person accessing the site using my Internet account.
