Cooling Off Period

Under the EU distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind for online orders - just get in touch to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You can call us on 01 456 8518, or email us - you can then send the item back to us (please note: you are responsible for the cost of postage; we recommend sending it via a tracked delivery service). Your return must be received within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

I want to return an item in person:

If you have decided to cancel your order, you can either send the item back to us (subject to the cooling off period mentioned above), or you can call into the store. We are open 7 days a week.

If you purchased in-store, please note that Distance Selling regulations do not apply, and as such there is no cooling off period.

Posting/Sending back your order:

There are a couple of important factors when sending items in the post. You need to make sure that the item is securely packed, to ensure it gets back in one piece. Please note that are not responsible for items that go missing in the post - this is why we recommend sending via a tracked delivery service.

Include a copy of your invoice/order confirmation, and a cover note - helps us know who its from, and why its here! Let us know the best way to contact you, and in the event that there is a problem with the item, if you can let us know as much background information, it helps us a lot!
