7.4v 1200mAh Stick Lipo (FUEL) 15C | FREE Delivery over €50 (ROI)
Airsoft batteries can be a bit overwhelming - there are numerous things to consider; the battery technology (NiMH/NiCd, Lipo, LiFE, Li-Ion etc), the voltage, and the shape/style. The different technologies will require specific chargers, although you can get chargers that will work with multiple battery types. It is essential to only use the correct charger, as otherwise you will damage the battery, and create a fire hazard.
The most popular battery type is a 7.4v Lipo, due to its widespread compatibility, and small size. They will work with virtually all airsoft guns, and thanks to how compact you can get them, they will fit in almost anything. NiMH batteries are an older technology than Lipos, and are more stable, but offer poorer performance. They are, however, more forgiving. If you run a lipo battery flat, the battery is fit for the bin, however with an NiMh, it doesn't matter - you can just charge it up and away you go. NiMH batteries are larger, and need to be purchased in the style that will fit your replica e.g. mini type for P90, Nunchuck for most M4's, stick type for AK's/STG-44 etc.
Lastly, we have to consider voltage - for best performance with an NiMh, you will typically use 9.6v. The equivalent in Lipo is a 7.4v. You can also get 11.1v Lipo batteries, which will cycle your gun significantly quicker, although they are not compatible with every gun.
Fuel RC are a manufacturer of radio controlled batteries, producing high quality cells, giving you excellent performance in small form-factors allowing them to work with the vast majority of replicas. Offering superb stability, and excellent lifespan for charge/discharge cycles, Fuel batteries are one of the most popular on the market today.
These stock tube lipos are ideal for most airsoft devices. Coming in at 7.4v, their voltage is enough to run most replicas giving solid rate of fire, and great trigger response, without putting additional strain on the gearbox.
Their slim-line nature makes them perfect for stock tubes, and small spaces. The cells are combined into a single piece, measuring in at 102x20x10mm
Each battery has a capacity of 1200mAh, giving approximately 1,200 shots before you need to change batteries
