Manufactured by DBoys this replica is based on the IWI Tavor TAR-21, a bullpup rifle using STANAG/AR-15 magazines, providing a shorter more manoeuvrable weapon, whilst retaining compatibility with the NATO standard.

Originally equipped with a factory fitted MARS sight, later revisions brought the RIS/RAS top rail allowing for the end-user to choose the style of optic they preferred. The bullpup design means that the magazine sits behind the trigger, and this affords a longer barrel without increasing the overall length of the rifle. It results in something more futuristic looking, that packs a serious punch.

The TAR-21 is extremely comfortable due to its slim-line design. Unlike some other bullpups e.g. F2000, the TAR-21 is thin and easy to hold. The fire controls are straight forward, and easily adjusted with your thumb when in a firing position. The trigger guard is enlarged, integrated directly with the pistol grip, giving a natural angled grip for your front hand, giving a very stable platform to shoot from.

The battery is stored in the handguard, however please note this rifle does not include battery or charger. For best performance we recommend 7.4v Lipo

The rifle has integrated flip up BUIS (back up iron sights); the front one folds traditionally, whilst the rear operates from the side.

The gearbox is housed in the rear of the replica, and is an 8mm metal gearbox (steel gears & polycarbonate piston). It has an 18,000 RPM motor, and the gearset is 18:1, giving 16 rounds per second.
